Meet Victoria, a baking enthusiast who kicked off her journey in 2008 at Westminster Kingsway College, where she learned the fine art of pastry wizardry. After mixing it up in high-end London bakeries, she caught the innovation bug and took on a role in product development for a cake manufacturer—because who wouldn’t want to play with cake all day? Spotting a gap in the market for top-notch wholesale bakes, Victoria decided to start her own bakery in 2017, then known as Little Tring Cakes…
